Linzi Labrum, J.D.

Linzi is a life-long Utah native and has been a Law Clerk with Spencer Family Law (SFL) since July 2020. She is a licensed attorney in the state of California and is working on becoming licensed in Utah.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Linzi graduated from the University of Utah, majoring in Speech Communication with an emphasis in argumentation and decision making. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School of Purdue University Global in 2017. She became qualified as a Mediator for the Utah Court Roster in 2017. She is a member of the California Bar Association and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and founder and Mediator for Labrum Mediation Services.

Linzi clerks for the attorneys at SFL whose practice focuses on family law, guardianships, probate and estate planning. She thoroughly enjoys assisting with legal research and writing, and ensuring client satisfaction. She finds great gratification and fulfillment when clients are able to reach a resolution that results in their peace and closure, benefiting themselves, those around them, and society as a whole.

Linzi lives in Roosevelt with her husband, daughter, double doodle (goldendoodle/labradoodle mix), Knox, and poodle, Ozzy. She is the Mother of four children and three “bonus,” children. She enjoys her free time outdoors – mostly in the mountains or on the lake fishing. She is convinced dark chocolate is a required daily food group.
